It is just not for woman to be concerned about anymore. The job market today has become more competitive given the changing economic financial job losses and men are now starting to prepare themselves for the new job markets. Future employers are not only looking at your qualifications but the age of a new potential hired person. Therefore it is imperative that you look refreshed, alert and cognitive. Men over the last few years have taken notes, what woman have known for many years the term being “Dress for success” is now being incorporated with cosmetic enhancements. Even younger men are becoming more conscientious to these facts too.
 
Today’s Magazines for Woman and Men are now concentrating on men's skincare, hair products and male cosmetic rejuvenation, We have started to see a new movement of spas exclusively dedicated men and their hygiene i.e. manicures, pedicures and hair colouring. Today this has become so accepted. Men need not feel uncomfortable anymore or think it’s a taboo area as it was 50 years ago. The term “Metro Sexual” is the new designer label for men and it has been gaining recognition in department stores. Next to the men’s lines of clothing are cosmetic counters specifically gearing products towards males and there is record number in sales which is exceeding, sales over the woman’s products line.
It is a fact now that men are seeking cosmetic doctors for enhancing procedures and plastic surgeons are seeing an increase in plastic surgery business. However, not a lot of men can afford high price tag that comes with plastic surgery. As we said earlier men are turning to alternatives and this “Permanent Reconstructive Tattooing” it is less abrasive and costly and it too is permanent.
